He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from North China University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He has practiced in the intellectual property field for nearly 20 years and has long-standing experience in patent law research and enterprise IP management.
Mr. Wang focuses on China patent prosecution, patent search, patent reexamination, patent invalidation, patent licensing and assignment, patentability analysis, patent mining, office action response, and patent risk assessment in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, and related electromechanical technologies.
He has organized patentability analysis and patent mining projects for companies in technology-driven industries and has been involved in numerous foreign patent applications and office action responses. His work emphasizes communication with inventors, careful analysis of technical solutions, and practical assessment of protection scope.
