Lynn Wang is a partner and patent attorney at Chuanmo with a technical background in mechanical engineering, new energy technology, semiconductor technology, aeronautical engineering, and electrical automation.
She graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Law, and received a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before entering the intellectual property profession, she was engaged in research and development work at Shenzhen Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd.
Ms. Wang has experience in both patent and trademark matters. Her practice focuses on China patent prosecution, office action response, patent reexamination, patent search and drafting, patent portfolio support, trademark search, trademark registration, trademark assignment, opposition, revocation, and broader IP counseling for technology companies.
She has provided intellectual property counseling services to companies in the new energy and advanced manufacturing sectors, and has handled a substantial number of patent applications, office action responses, and patent reexamination matters. Her work combines engineering understanding, practical IP counseling, and communication with technical teams.
